128 Sandy Cove – Butlins Minehead

Welcome to Rob and Jan’s Holiday home.
Our privately owned caravan is situated on Butlins resort , close to the main attractions, but far enough away for a quiet, relaxing holiday.
The Caravan itself is an Oakley exclusive 2019 .
a very spacious holiday home.
The superior, bright and airy accommodation sleeps up to 8 people. It is fully double glazed and has central heating throughout.

LOUNGE; This is a large area with panoramic front window, there is a end to end corner sofa with a pull out double bed a 43″ smart TV and DVD player and a selection of DVDs and books and games Bluetooth button on the wall with built in speakers in the ceiling to connect phone or TV and cosy coal effect fire .also a separate dining area .

KITCHEN: This is a fully equipped kitchen, with full size oven and grill , a 4 ring hob, microwave/grill, a large integrated fridge freezer, a kettle, toaster Tassimo
all utensils, cups, plates pots and pans etc are all supplied everything you could possibly need for your holiday.

Bedrooms consist of one double with smart TV hairdryer ensuite toilet

Small twin single and medium twin single rooms

All have wardrobes cupboards and shelves mirrors and coat hangers

Outside has raised gated decking area with table and chairs large sun umbrella and bench storage seat containing outdoor games and buckets and spades for guests to use.

Also outside are some spare chairs and wind breaker for beach use.

We provide all beds made up on arrival and complimentary tea coffee sugar Tassimo and 2 complimentary pods and hand cleansers Toilet rolls and washing up liquid bin liners ect. Leaving you with less to pack and less to buy just more of enjoyment.
